Delicious! They have been in the business for years and do not fail the seasoning that characterizes them. Extraordinarily friendly, fast, delicious and clean service. It tends to fill up quickly, but I recommend it. Especially if you come to visit Tuxtla or if your plan is to cure a hangover. They accept card payment and if I'm not mistaken they have parking at the entrance and in the back. Budget per person: 150-200
The service was quick, there were no people. I asked for an invoice in 2 days and they had already sent it to my email. Good detail that they have a format to write down your data... The flavor is good although it doesn't seem that different to beef to me. The handmade tortillas are excellent. The kilo includes 8 tortillas and each additional one is 2.50

Place of many traditions in Tuxtla Gutiérrez. Delicious flavor of the consommé. The taquitos, the quesadillas, the quesabirreas. Extensive menu to satisfy the craving. As in bottled, natural drinks and beers. The place is very clean and with friendly service. There is little parking but plenty of sidewalks to park on. Highly recommended
The barbecue is one of the most delicious you've had in Chiapas, the service is good but slow. Plus they don't always have salsa macha and cilantro, basic for barbacha!
